Postdoctoral Fellow: The Rudd Center for Food Policy and Obesity at the University of Connecticut invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow position beginning in the summer or fall of 2019. The Postdoctoral Fellow will contribute to research on food insecurity, community-based nutrition interventions, and health equity under Drs. Marlene Schwartz and Kristen Cooksey-Stowers. Responsibilities include quantitative and qualitative data collection, community engagement throughout the research process, data analyses, literature reviews, grant writing, and writing scientific papers.
